When signing up to the RiseCreatives Studio newsletter you will be asked to provide your First Name, Last Name and Email Addresss.

Like many websites RiseCreatives  gathers statistical and other analytical information on an aggregate basis for all visitors to our website. This non-personal data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you such as demographic information, browser type and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.

3. Purposes for which we hold your information

Personal Data
We will process any Personal Data you provide to forward information in our newsletter regarding new products for sale and seller information. If you wish to contact a seller using our contact form your details will be forwarded to the individual seller. We may also use this information to contact you if required.

Non-Personal Data
We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from our visitors to our website to get a better understanding of our visitors and to help better design and organise our website. The types of Non-Personal Data we collect include, type of web browser used by a visitor, demographic details, number of pages viewed and number of visitors. RiseCreatives does not currently use cookies.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We may provide Non-Personal Data to third parties, where such information is combined with similar information for other users on our website. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of individual users who visit our website, the demographic breakdown of our community users of our website, or the activities that visitors to our website engage in while on our website.

As we use a third party (MailChimp) to create and distribute our newsletter your data - Last Name, First Name and Email address will be stored on their servers for distribution of our newsletter.

RiseCreatives allows third parties such as advertisers, commercial partners, sponsors and other similar parties to offer their services to visitors of the website. RiseCreatives are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties and we recommend you read the privacy policies of these third parties before providing them with any Personal Data. Also RiseCreatives does not have any access or control over our third parties’ cookies or data collection practices.

5. Sale of Business

We reserve the right to transfer information including Personal Data to a third party in the event of sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our business provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of the RiseCreatives’ website privacy policy and provided that the third party only uses your Personal Data for the purpose that you provided it to us. The Personal Data you provide to us is held on secure servers hosted by our Internet Server Provider and MailChimp servers. However, we will take all reasonable steps including appropriate technical and organised measures to protect your Personal Data.

We do not collect credit card information or other payment methods via this website.
